Equestrian Show Flowers
(Incorporating CAM Floral Design)

What is it that makes a dressage arena or showjumping course stand out from the crowd?

Floral decorations can provide the wow factor and add touches of elegance around any dressage arena or provide an extra sommething to showjumping courses.

We design and implement unusual showjumping concepts and create impressive flower displays for both dressage and showjumping. our interesting and innovative concepts for large outdoor areas, smaller indoor facilituies and rectangular dressage rings plus any show centre spectator areas whether for competitors or spectators.

Our clientele include organisers of national UK shows, three-day events and prestigious dressage shows - from Freestyle to Music to  National Championships, Grassroots or for show organisers wanting to attract younger generations to follow on up the ranks.

About

ABOUT

I started my equestrian flower business over 18 years ago in association with Ian Clark who was a much loved BS course builder and my artificial flower displays have been hired, leased or bought by venues including:
Stoneleigh, Hickstead (Sunshine Tour - 10+ years) Beechwood, Vale View, Dallas Burston, Herts Show, Sheepgate, Cherwell, Solihull and Bury Farm as well as having a set of 90+ BS displays on site at Wales and West that we valet regularly.

Show centres can hire, lease (over a number of months) or buy displays - whichever is most cost effective for them.

Dressage sets are comprised of 12 freestanding displays + 12 letter marker displays.  Showjumping sets comprise of 60 displays.

Aston-le-Walls have hired my flowers on an annual basis for their International 3-Day Event and last year needed 7 dressage long arenas and 120 showjumping displays. I am also providing all their flowers again jn August.
If you would be interested in costings for lease, hire or purchase please do call. My mobile is 07746 767159.
I am more than happy to bring samples or supply you with a dressage set for your next BD event free of charge.

SERVICES

DRESSAGE

My displays are constructed with safety as the top priority. They are weighted for stability, have a polyester filling with dry oasis set in expanding foam. Each display has drainage holes which means that they can be hosed off to remove dust from the arena surface and to avoid being waterlogged in wet weather.

Dressage displays are made in elegant white bases to co-ordinate with dressage arena borders and displays can either be free standing or designed to fit inside or on top of dressage letter markers.

Show centres can choose colours to link into corporate logos or kept as the more traditional Union Jack colours of red, white and blue.

Sets can consist of 12 recessed displays and 12 free-standing displays for long arenas or for individuals wanting flowers at home, sets can consist of 6, 8, 10 or 12.

The flowers are high quality artificial blooms and after construction each display is sprayed with a UV protector to limit the amount of fading over time.

A valet service is available if customers require a refresh or a change of colour or style.

Purchases - my displays have been bought as sets by so many lovely centres including Addington, Beechwood, Bromyard, Cherwell, Forest Oaks, Onley and Solihull. We also supply displays to individuals who want flowers at home to help desensitise their horse or pony.

Hiring - sets can be hired out on a daily basis with a delivery and collection charge for shows running a number of rings at the same time.

Over the years sets have been hired by Bicton, Hickstead – Sunshine Tour, Bury Farm, BCA, Area Pony Clubs and Addington.

Lease/Hire – in 2024 we started offering a lease hire option where show centres keep the displays on site and pay a negotiated monthly fee.

The lease option can create a profit source for the centre, hiring the flowers out to their facility users.

I also offer packages for hire in conjunction with show jumping flowers in order to enhance venues holding 3 day events. Aston Le-Walls looked tremendous in 2023, 2024 and will do so again this year.

We also hire out to venues running multiple arenas, for example, venues running BD/Team Quest/British Riding Clubs, as well prestigious CDI events.

SHOWJUMPING

My displays are constructed with safety as the priority. They are weighted for stability, have a polyester-style and expanding foam filler, with a dry oasis top. Each display has drainage holes which means that they can be hosed off to remove dust from the arena surface and to avoid being waterlogged in wet weather.

Showjumping sets are constructed in dark bases (Grey or Black) and flowers are designed to be in sets of 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 to flower up combinations in matching colours.

A standard set of showjumping flowers consist of 60 arrangements – enough to flower up 14 -16 jumping efforts.

Hire - sets can be hired out on a daily basis with a variable delivery and collection charge. Lease - last year we offered a lease option where show centres keep the displays on site and pay a negotiated monthly fee. A set was kept on site at Dallas Burston  and Addington.

The lease option can create a profit source for the centre, hiring the flowers out to their facility users – for example unaffiliated shows.

Purchase – some show centres want to buy their own sets of 60+ displays - Wales and West own over 90 displays. They are kept on site and are valeted on a “as and when basis”.

We also offer packages for hire in conjunction with dressage flowers in order to enhance venues holding 3 day events. Aston Le-Walls looked tremendous in 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Eventing

We offer a range of flowers to suit your needs for hunter trials or for eventing, such as for your show jumping and dressage elements for eventing fixtures. Hunter trials can include flowers for your start and finish boxes, secretaries boxes and podiums.
